PARIS and NEW YORK, July 1st, 2022 – Newen Connect, distribution company of the Newen Studios group and its shareholder TF1 Group, and Topic, the streaming service dedicated to crime and thrillers from First Look Entertainment, have finalized a deal for Topic to acquire the exclusive U.S. and Canada rights to four hit European series to complement the service’s rapidly growing crime and suspense offerings.

The four series in the first-ever deal between the two companies include “Christian” (Italy), “Dough” (Sweden), “The Spectacular” (The Netherlands), and “White Sands” (Denmark). The series reflect Topic’s mission to elevate crime and suspense thrillers from around the globe.
